When you provide your information to us directly via our website, over the phone or face to face, we only ask you to supply information that we need in order to provide the service you have requested. We will normally ask you to provide us with:

The information you provide to Pass Point Training Ltd as an Approved Training Organisation will be used for administering Training Courses.

Your data will be held securely and treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to external parties other than as required for the purposes described above. This may include sharing your information with the Awarding Organisation to request approved certificates as well as with employers or training providers.

Our Course Enrolment Forms request that this information can be used.

  • Awarding Organisations for the purpose of processing course paperwork & staying compliant with their requirements

  • Review service provider for the purpose of gathering independent reviews
